Puget Sound Cancer Centers
Puget Sound Cancer Centers (PSCC), a freestanding, community-based medical oncology center, provides highly personalized cancer care and outpatient chemotherapy services 7 days a week. PSCC medical oncologists serve a pivotal role in cancer care by working closely with patients and their families, designing the treatment plan, then managing all tests, treatments and medications. PSCC also utilizes dedicated onsite research staff through its partnership with USOncology, one of the largest cancer research platforms in the world, making access to clinical trials an extension of expert care.
PSCC and USOncology introduced Puget Sound PET Imaging, which is the first community based PET scanner in the Pacific Northwest. PET imaging is rapidly becoming an integral part of the diagnosis, staging, and therapeutic assessment of many malignancies. Stevens Physicians and PSCC have led the way in utilizing this powerful technology.
The complete range of outpatient oncology and ancillary services provided by the combined efforts of PSCC, Swedish Cancer Institute at Stevens, and Stevens Hospital rivals that of any other healthcare system in the state. We are proud to be able to bring that level of care to where the cancer patients in North King and South Snohomish Counties need it most, close to home.
